Gary graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in Sociology / Psychology and holds an M.S. degree in Organization Development and Analysis from Case Western Reserve University. Before establishing Martini & Associates, Gary held numerous Human Resources positions over a ten-year period with three GE businesses. From 1997 – 2000, he was VP of Human Resources for National Computer Systems Corp.

Married in 1970 to Holly, his high school sweetheart, they have 3 children and 8 grandchildren. Together, they enjoy family events, world travel, and in particular Lake Superior’s North Shore.
